The Press and Society Institute of Venezuela (IPYS Venezuela) is dedicated to promoting the principles of autonomy, plurality, and freedom of information in the journalism sector. To this end, it conducted a comprehensive analysis of journalistic practices, covering 67% of the national territory. This study involved the collaboration of journalists and activists from DHHH, who played a crucial role in facilitating the research. Additionally, it motivated the participation of 227 professionals from various media sectors, including private, independent, community, and state outlets.
